To provide learning and sync services, we may collect or process:
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we only receive the identifiers you authorize us to receive (such as a unique identifier associated with your Apple ID) for account recognition and entitlement sync. In addition, we may generate or use a unique account identifier within our own services for account identification, data synchronization, and linking subscription entitlements to your account.
Contact Information: When you use Sign in with Apple, within the scope of Apple's authorization, we may receive and store your email address (which may be Apple's private relay email address) and the name you provide at initial authorization, if any, for account creation, user identification, and necessary contact. You may manage the information shared with this app in your Apple ID settings.
Learning and Progress Data: This may include, without limitation, vocabulary learning records, review progress, vocabulary lists, exercise statistics, language and preference settings, check-in and task records, and learning-related asset data, where applicable. When you enable sync, this data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on our servers for backup and restoration across devices.
Subscription and Entitlement Information: After you purchase a subscription through Apple, we may process subscription-related information through third-party subscription service providers and our own servers in order to verify, activate, manage, renew, restore, or adjust your membership entitlements.
Product Usage Information: We may collect limited product usage information or service diagnostic records associated with your account, such as membership status checks, feature usage, and related operation records, in order to maintain normal service operation, manage membership entitlements, improve the experience, and troubleshoot issues.
2. Use and Storage of Information
The information described above is used only to provide and improve WordMon services, sync your progress, verify subscription entitlements, and comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard security measures to store data and retain it only as long as necessary.
3. Third Parties and Sharing
We may use the following third-party service providers to support app operations, each of which is subject to its own privacy policy, including:
Identity, payment, and subscription service providers: used to handle account sign-in, in-app purchases, and subscription status verification.
Cloud data and hosting service providers: used to securely store your learning progress and account data, and to provide API data transmission services.
We do not sell your personal data. We will not provide personally identifiable data to advertisers or unrelated third parties without your consent.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your account. Where permitted by applicable law, you may also request a copy of your data or request restriction of processing. Some features depend on necessary data, so deletion or restriction may affect service availability.
5. Contact Us
For questions or requests regarding privacy or data processing, please contact us through in-app feedback or our official contact channels.
